1. Why and How can you offer your Banners and Graphics at such cheap prices.
Answer: We are a Family run Business. We do not spend a great deal on advertising
at this time. And we did not pay to have our site built. We designed and built
the KrizMa site on our own. The Bigger we get prices may have to go up. Since we are
a new, small company, all the work is being done within the family. We feel at this time it is best to go for volume
instead of charging so much for a few customers. We understand that
there are a lot of new businesses popping up everyday. Most entrepreneurs
do not have a great deal of money to spend on website design, graphics
and banner ads. Although our prices are cheap, the quality of our designs is
NOT. We believe that when we treat our customers right and give them
quality work, they will come back and bring others.

2. Since you are a small Family Run Business, how can you keep up with the demand
if you get very busy.
Answer: Well this is simple. We have many freelance designers that are on standby so to speak. They meet our standards and are used when necessary.

3. What is the most common Banner Ad size used on the Web today ?

Answer: The most common size is 468x60. However, SkyScraper Ads are becoming
more and more popular everyday. What is a SkyScraper Ad you ask? Well
They are the same as any other banner ad except for the size. The most
common SkyScraper ad is 120x600. They just go down the side of the
website instead of across. I personally love SkyScraper ads.

4. What payments do you Accept ?
Answer: We Accept PayPal.

We will accept a Money Order or a Cashiers Check. The original Banner
will not be e-mailed to you until your money order or cashiers check
has arrived. Sorry, but we do NOT accept personal checks. We will, however,
accept business checks at our discretion.

5. Will our Personal Information be kept confidential ?
Answer: Yes all personal information will be kept confidential. You may read
our privacy policy ( Here ) .

6. What type of Ad Banners are best to Advertise on Websites other than my own ?
Answer: Just about all animated gif banners are accepted on most websites. However,
you may want to check with the Website Owner as to what size banners they
will accept. Again, Most common size here for advertising is 468x60.
Some Websites will only use skyscrapers and the most common sizes for
this are 120x600 or 125x125. Somewhere in that range. It is always best
To check with the Website Owner you wish to advertise with.

7. What if I want a Flash Banner or Flash Graphic ?
Answer: Flash banner and Graphics are Awesome. There is alot more you can do
with Flash than with animation. However, Flash banners do NOT work well
with advertising on a Website other than your own.
The reason is for Flash to work on a website, you have to upload
the html code and the graphic itself onto your website.
You must then place the html code on the page you wish the Flash to show.
If you find a website owner that will place all this information on their site to advertise for you, go for it. Most will not.
Now do not let this deter you from Flash. If you do not know much html that
is fine. The Staff here at KrizMa will help you get your Flash animation
on your site up and running. WE will teach you to do it or work with your website designer.
Please do not ask us to go into your cpanel and add the Flash for you. If anything were to happen to your site, we cannot be held responsible.

8. Do you use Banner Templates ?
Answer: We do have Banner Templates that were purchased to resell. However, 95% of
the time we design each banner and graphic from scratch. You can feel
confident that you will recieve a KrizMa Original. No two Banners can be
designed exactly the same. If you request a banner template we will try
to use one.
